1923 Buick Series 30 Tourer

Offered here is this very early and rare, original RHD, 1923 Buick Series 30 from a private car museum, built in Canada.

This charming example is finished in a cream and brown exterior with a black hood, and a dark green interior. Prior to the current owner, this car had been kept in a private collection in Barcelona from 1986. The car was later purchased and brought over to the UK in 2014 by the current owner. This example still has the early 4 cylinder engine, 3 speed crash box and wooden spoke wheels. The pedals are aligned to early motoring with brake pedal on right hand side, and has a foot operated starter switch.

The valves have been reground and the head gasket replaced. The fuel system now operates through an electric pump, however the vacuum pump is still in place. It has also been uprated to 12 volt.

The car isn’t registered in the UK yet but is on a Nova. This extremely rare and superb example is in a very good overall condition for its 101 year old life, however to get it back on the road, it will require some recommissioning.
